Every request to an AI model runs through our pseudonymization gateway. That covers Anthropic, OpenAI, Perplexity and DeepL. Names, email addresses and phone numbers become placeholders before the request leaves our infrastructure. Only the redacted version is stored and embedded into your knowledge base.
A chatbot that promises something false binds you.
Air Canada was held to a refund rule its bot invented. From August 2026 the EU AI Act puts liability on the operator, with fines up to €35M. So Klariton tests your advisor continuously — that it never makes an untrue claim and stays in your brand voice.
