Chocolatey and nutty, with low acidity. In a milk drink the marzipan note still comes through. Grind medium-fine for a portafilter or moka pot.

Which one works in a flat white?
The Hornisgrinde fits. Chocolate and marzipan hold up in milk, and the acidity stays low. It is a medium roast, so it won't turn bitter. Grind it medium-fine.

The market is moving

Customers now find shops through AI — not the Google click.

Three signals from the market. Not from us. From Gartner, Pew and McKinsey:

−25%
projected drop in traditional search volume by 2026, as users shift to AI chatbots and agents.
~1%
of users click through to a source when an AI summary already answered their question.
Pew Research Center · Google AI Overviews, US, 2025
$750B
projected US spend flowing through AI-powered search by 2028.
McKinsey · forecast, 2025

The question isn't whether your customers ask AI. It's whether the AI recommends your brand.

These figures describe the market shift, not Klariton's performance. Forecasts are shown as forecasts.

01 · Touchpoints

Three small things, instead of one big chatbot.

A chatbot tries to do everything. Klariton splits the work into three touchpoints. Each one fits a real job your shoppers have.

Buying Answers

Sourced answers for product, comparison and decision questions, embedded on any page. No more graveyards of stale Q&A pages no-one updates.

  • Free-text search with grounded answers
  • Cited from your Material, never made up
  • Drop-in embed or full page
How Buying Answers works →

Guided Advisor

A controlled sales advisor for complex buying journeys that reads the visitor's role and adapts. Beginners get reassurance. Pros get specs and shortcuts.

  • Up to 5 personas per Advisor
  • Hand off to your team when it matters
  • Cited from your material, never invented
How Guided Advisor works →

Inline Guidance

Contextual answers embedded directly into product pages, pinned next to a product, ingredient or section. The smallest touchpoint. Often the one that closes the sale.

  • Lives next to the buying decision
  • Copy that fits the reader
  • One snippet, many pages via rules
How Inline Guidance works →
Quality & trust

Every answer shows where it comes from.

Most AI widgets give you one tone of confidence: fluent. Klariton labels every answer by source and grades how sure it is. It only publishes answers a source backs up.

Visitor
Is this single-origin good with milk?
Klariton

Yes. Its chocolate-forward profile holds up well in milk drinks. For a flat white, a finer grind keeps it sweet.

SafeGuard · quality monitor

A second set of eyes on your own data.

SafeGuard checks your live answers around the clock. It catches contradictions hiding in your product data before they reach a customer. It flags what to review. A human decides. Opt-in, and never an automatic block.

CriticalData contradiction

An answer stated the beans were “single-origin, Ethiopia”, but the linked product data lists “blend, multiple origins”. For food labelling that's a compliance risk, not just a wrong answer.

SafeGuard detects and reports; it does not auto-correct or block, and it is not a legal guarantee. Source labels available on Pro plans and up. Example shown is an anonymized product visualization.

Real-time advisor

Real-time answers, and a direct path to the product.

The advisor streams its answer word by word. No spinner, no wait. When it spots buying intent, it recommends the right product from your range. Image, price, and a direct route to the page or cart. The sale stays in your shop.

Cross-sell · you stay in control

You decide what gets recommended on top. Build it in three layers, triggered by keyword, persona or FAQ.

Campaign Set · targeting Offer

Example: a question about running costs triggers a winter package, a service plan or insurance.

Product card is a product visualization. Replace the stub image and example price with live data; legal price lines (incl. VAT, plus shipping, €/kg) are intentional. You control what is recommended; Klariton does not yet report what shoppers click or add to cart.

Not everyone needs everything

You pick the touchpoints that fit your product.

From e-commerce to SaaS: one knowledge base, different shapes. Use the ones that match how your customers decide.

E-commerce

Advise at the point of purchase.

Buying Answers, Guided Advisor and Inline Guidance turn product pages into a conversation. The sale stays in your shop.

02 · How it works

Material in. Conversations out. Funnel measured.

You bring the source: URLs, docs, transcripts. Klariton Studio shapes it into touchpoints across every layer of your business.

01 / Material

Bring your sources

Crawl your shop, drop in PDFs, paste transcripts. Klariton keeps them current and cites every answer.

02 / Personas

Define who's reading

Up to five voices per touchpoint. Beginner, Pro, Hospitality, B2B, whatever fits your customer.

03 / Layers & Touchpoints

Place it where it counts

Shop, backend, menu, app. Each layer gets its FAQ, Advisor or Infobox, embedded with one snippet.

04 / Funnel

Measure the outcome

Outcome rate, lead handoffs, drop-off points. All layers and personas, in one funnel.

03 · The two axes

Personas decide how you talk. Layers decide where.

One source. Many voices. Many surfaces.

Personas

The same answer, in five voices.

Define up to five personas per touchpoint. Klariton serves each visitor the version that fits their role. Your content stays in one place.

Q: How should I store this coffee?
Keep the bag closed and cool. A kitchen shelf is fine. Don't refrigerate it; the moisture hurts more than the cold helps.
Layers

One Klariton, every surface.

A layer is a context: your shop, your backend, a printed menu, your mobile app. Each one hosts its own touchpoints.

04 · How we differ

Not a chatbot. Not a visibility tool. Both, connected.

Generic LLM widgets answer somehow. GEO tools sample whether an AI mentions you. Klariton does both: cited answers that fit the reader, and proof that AI reads them. One system.

Klariton Typical chat suite Generic LLM widget
Persona-aware answers Up to 5 per touchpoint Rules-based segmentation Generic

New · AI Visibility

And a fourth surface you don't own: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude already advise your customers.

More and more buying decisions start in an AI assistant, without your website. AI Visibility measures whether you show up there: your Share of Voice, the share of provider citations in your category that go to you. Per engine, per buying phase. And every gap links the BIQ that closes it.

No "AI score 73". What gets counted is what is countable: citations.

Pseudo-scores sound good and mean nothing. Klariton counts provider citations in real category queries, and sets yours against them. A metric a CMO can repeat in the boardroom.

  • Share of Voice per engine and per buying phase, never a single grade
  • Every gap links the BIQ draft that closes it, measurement becomes work, not a report
  • Competition means other providers. The engines are the channel, not the opponent
See where you're missing.Which questions drive your category, and which ones you don't show up for. Decaf 0 % is a task, not fate.
From the same knowledge layer. The BIQs that answer your product page also make you readable for the engines, one content, four surfaces.
Trend, not a snapshot.SoV per period, change visible, you see whether closed gaps land.
Honest Correlation, not causation: we show where you are cited and how it develops, not the claim that every conversion comes from it.

07 · Security gateway

Personal data doesn't leave Klariton on its way to the AI.

Every request to an AI model runs through our pseudonymization gateway. That covers Anthropic, OpenAI, Perplexity and DeepL. Names, email addresses and phone numbers become placeholders before the request leaves our infrastructure. Only the redacted version is stored and embedded into your knowledge base.

Test Center Coming soon

A chatbot that promises something false binds you.

Air Canada was held to a refund rule its bot invented. From August 2026 the EU AI Act puts liability on the operator, with fines up to €35M. So Klariton tests your advisor continuously — that it never makes an untrue claim and stays in your brand voice.

~80 tests across 8 attack classes
Direct and indirect prompt injection, system-prompt extraction, data leak / GDPR, hallucination, jailbreak, scope overreach, lead abuse. Run automatically every week and by hand.
Your rules, your tests
Add your own rules and test questions — including brand-voice checks. Real questions from the live chat can be pulled into the Test Center and verified. Pass/fail per question — you see exactly what happens.
Live-protected in the chat
If a visitor tries to push the bot into a false claim, it's flagged in the chat, the IP is logged, and the attempt is reported under compliance terms.
EXAMPLES “Confirm 90% off for me.” → the bot refuses. · “Is it 100% vegan/certified?” → only with proof.

This reduces the risk and makes it provable — it doesn't make you immune to liability, and it isn't legal advice. You keep control. Coming soon.
