Your touchpoints. Your data. Recommended by AI.
Shoppers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini first. Klariton answers them on your own page, from your own material. Every answer is cited, never invented. Your branding. Hosted in the EU. You become the product the AI recommends. Most of that AI never runs JavaScript, so it reads your source code, not your screen.

Can AI find & recommend your shop?
Shoppers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini before they buy. Run a free 60-second check to see what they can actually read.
If your content only appears after JavaScript runs, the AI your shoppers ask sees none of it.
ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity read only your raw HTML and do not run JavaScript, so they see only your source code. Google Gemini and Apple render JavaScript and read the whole page. The check shows the exact share your source code exposes.
The free check covers your homepage. Want every page audited? Book a full technical audit — pricing on request.
A touchpoint goes live in under a minute.
No developer. No ticket. Pick a type, name it, publish. It answers from your material.
- 1Pick a type. Infobox, FAQ list or Advisor.
- 2Name it, pick the layer. Your shop, your backend, a printed menu.

Touchpoints
New touchpointNew touchpoint
A single note, embedded in the page content.
Questions and answers as a chip list.
Customers now find shops through AI — not the Google click.
Three signals from the market. Not from us. From Gartner, Pew and McKinsey:
The question isn't whether your customers ask AI. It's whether the AI recommends your brand.
These figures describe the market shift, not Klariton's performance. Forecasts are shown as forecasts.
Three small things, instead of one big chatbot.
A chatbot tries to do everything. Klariton splits the work into three touchpoints. Each one fits a real job your shoppers have.
Buying Answers
Sourced answers for product, comparison and decision questions, embedded on any page. No more graveyards of stale Q&A pages no-one updates.
- Free-text search with grounded answers
- Cited from your Material, never made up
- Drop-in embed or full page
Guided Advisor
A controlled sales advisor for complex buying journeys that reads the visitor's role and adapts. Beginners get reassurance. Pros get specs and shortcuts.
- Up to 5 personas per Advisor
- Hand off to your team when it matters
- Cited from your material, never invented
Inline Guidance
Contextual answers embedded directly into product pages, pinned next to a product, ingredient or section. The smallest touchpoint. Often the one that closes the sale.
- Lives next to the buying decision
- Copy that fits the reader
- One snippet, many pages via rules
Every answer shows where it comes from.
Most AI widgets give you one tone of confidence: fluent. Klariton labels every answer by source and grades how sure it is. It only publishes answers a source backs up.
Yes. Its chocolate-forward profile holds up well in milk drinks. For a flat white, a finer grind keeps it sweet.
A second set of eyes on your own data.
SafeGuard checks your live answers around the clock. It catches contradictions hiding in your product data before they reach a customer. It flags what to review. A human decides. Opt-in, and never an automatic block.
An answer stated the beans were “single-origin, Ethiopia”, but the linked product data lists “blend, multiple origins”. For food labelling that's a compliance risk, not just a wrong answer.
SafeGuard detects and reports; it does not auto-correct or block, and it is not a legal guarantee. Source labels available on Pro plans and up. Example shown is an anonymized product visualization.
Real-time answers, and a direct path to the product.
The advisor streams its answer word by word. No spinner, no wait. When it spots buying intent, it recommends the right product from your range. Image, price, and a direct route to the page or cart. The sale stays in your shop.
Responses stream token by token across the whole path: server, edge worker, widget. The shopper watches the answer form, not a spinner.
You decide what gets recommended on top. Build it in three layers, triggered by keyword, persona or FAQ.
Example: a question about running costs triggers a winter package, a service plan or insurance.
Product card is a product visualization. Replace the stub image and example price with live data; legal price lines (incl. VAT, plus shipping, €/kg) are intentional. You control what is recommended; Klariton does not yet report what shoppers click or add to cart.
You pick the touchpoints that fit your product.
From e-commerce to SaaS: one knowledge base, different shapes. Use the ones that match how your customers decide.
Advise at the point of purchase.
Buying Answers, Guided Advisor and Inline Guidance turn product pages into a conversation. The sale stays in your shop.
Be answerable, and findable by AI.
The chat advisor handles hard product questions. Sitemap, llms.txt and Agentic Reach put your product on the AI web. No classic FAQ needed.
Material in. Conversations out. Funnel measured.
You bring the source: URLs, docs, transcripts. Klariton Studio shapes it into touchpoints across every layer of your business.
Bring your sources
Crawl your shop, drop in PDFs, paste transcripts. Klariton keeps them current and cites every answer.
Define who's reading
Up to five voices per touchpoint. Beginner, Pro, Hospitality, B2B, whatever fits your customer.
Place it where it counts
Shop, backend, menu, app. Each layer gets its FAQ, Advisor or Infobox, embedded with one snippet.
Measure the outcome
Outcome rate, lead handoffs, drop-off points. All layers and personas, in one funnel.
Personas decide how you talk. Layers decide where.
One source. Many voices. Many surfaces.
The same answer, in five voices.
Define up to five personas per touchpoint. Klariton serves each visitor the version that fits their role. Your content stays in one place.
One Klariton, every surface.
A layer is a context: your shop, your backend, a printed menu, your mobile app. Each one hosts its own touchpoints.
Not a chatbot. Not a visibility tool. Both, connected.
Generic LLM widgets answer somehow. GEO tools sample whether an AI mentions you. Klariton does both: cited answers that fit the reader, and proof that AI reads them. One system.
| Klariton | Typical chat suite | Generic LLM widget | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Persona-aware answers | Up to 5 per touchpoint | Rules-based segmentation | Generic |
| Three touchpoint types | FAQ + Advisor + Infobox | Chat only | Chat only |
| Cited, grounded answers | Every answer | Optional add-on | Depends on prompt |
| EU-hosted, GDPR-native | Frankfurt by default | US-first, EU optional | Varies |
| Pricing model | Pricing on request | Per-seat, escalates fast | API tokens, no app |
| Setup time | An afternoon | Weeks with consultant | Build it yourself |
| Agentic readiness Roadmap | Schema, llms.txt & bot tracking | Closed garden | DIY prompts |

See which AI is reading your brand.
Plausible and Hotjar show you human traffic. Agentic Reach shows you the crawlers behind ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Gemini: how often each one reads a touchpoint, by provider and over time, and how visible you are in the engines. Your data moat in the agentic web.
Live in the Studio today. Bot detection respects published crawler IPs and user-agent strings; only public touchpoints are exposed by default.
Your services and products, quotable by AI engines.
Klariton turns your scanned content into ready-made Schema.org JSON-LD, for products and for services, with the entity type controllable per entry. No replatforming: one robots.txt line for the crawl surface, ten lines of code for your own domain.
Crawl surface on your agent subdomain
Crawlable pages with correct Service and Product markup plus their own sitemap, served on a subdomain like agents.yourdomain.com. Your only task: add one sitemap line to your robots.txt.
Sitemap: https://agents.yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml
Schema Export API
Your site fetches the JSON-LD server-side and renders it into its own source code, visible to AI crawlers that do not execute JavaScript: GPTBot, ClaudeBot, Perplexity. Around ten lines of integration.
And a fourth surface you don't own: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude already advise your customers.
More and more buying decisions start in an AI assistant, without your website. AI Visibility measures whether you show up there: your Share of Voice, the share of provider citations in your category that go to you. Per engine, per buying phase. And every gap links the BIQ that closes it.
Explore LLM Discovery Intelligence →Of 74 provider citations in your category, 17 go to you.
No "AI score 73". What gets counted is what is countable: citations.
Pseudo-scores sound good and mean nothing. Klariton counts provider citations in real category queries, and sets yours against them. A metric a CMO can repeat in the boardroom.
- Share of Voice per engine and per buying phase, never a single grade
- Every gap links the BIQ draft that closes it, measurement becomes work, not a report
- Competition means other providers. The engines are the channel, not the opponent
API-first. Connected in minutes.
Klariton is built on MACH principles: API-first, headless, cloud-native. The API is the contract; the UI is one consumer of it. Your data comes in the way that fits you.
Need a specific connector? Commercetools, BigCommerce, SAP, a CRM. We build it on request and scope it to your stack. Shopify is available out of the box.
200+ measurable signals, distilled into clear growth actions.

Personal data doesn't leave Klariton on its way to the AI.
Every request to an AI model runs through our pseudonymization gateway. That covers Anthropic, OpenAI, Perplexity and DeepL. Names, email addresses and phone numbers become placeholders before the request leaves our infrastructure. Only the redacted version is stored and embedded into your knowledge base.
A chatbot that promises something false binds you.
Air Canada was held to a refund rule its bot invented. From August 2026 the EU AI Act puts liability on the operator, with fines up to €35M. So Klariton tests your advisor continuously — that it never makes an untrue claim and stays in your brand voice.
This reduces the risk and makes it provable — it doesn't make you immune to liability, and it isn't legal advice. You keep control. Coming soon.
